Returns & Refunds Policy

At Black Sheep Health Hub, we prioritize your satisfaction and take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific returns and refunds guidelines that must be followed.

1. Contacting Us: If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us via email at info@blacksheephealthhub.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. This is necessary due to the nature of our products.

2. Change of Mind & Incorrect Product Selection: We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selections. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

3. Minor Packaging Damage: Minor packaging damage that does not significantly compromise the quality or integrity of the product does not qualify for a refund. We recommend reviewing your products upon arrival to ensure their condition.

4. Photo Evidence: All returns and refunds requests must include photo evidence of the issue for our review. This helps us assess the condition of the product and verify the reason for the return.

5. Return Address: If a return is authorized, items must be sent to the following address: Unit 1 / 17 Alex Pike Drive, Raleigh NSW 2454. We will provide a returns label for accepted returns. Items returned without prior approval will be forfeited including shipping costs.

6. Prior Approval Required: Customers must obtain approval from us prior to returning any items for a refund. Items returned without prior approval will be forfeited by the customer, and no refund will be issued.

7. Defective or Significantly Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or significantly damaged product (beyond the point of use or consumption), we will offer a refund upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

8. Certain Items Cannot Be Refunded: Please note that certain items cannot be refunded, including sale or clearance items, personal care goods, and gift cards. We recommend making all product selections carefully.

9. Refund Processing: Once your return has been approved, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
