Refunds are available for faulty or damaged products that affect the product's quality. Exchanges can be offered if an incorrect product is supplied.

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please select your items carefully.

Where should I send returned or exchanged items?

Any approved returns can be sent to Unit 1 / 17 Alex Pike Drive, Raleigh NSW 2454

Please do not return any items without receiving a returns/exchange approval from us.

Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $50

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually take 4 to 7 business days to arrive from day of dispatch.

However please be aware that shipping times can vary based on a number of factors including location, shipping companies, weather events and other circumstances out of our control.

Will I get tracking notifications?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive confirmation and tracking information to the email address listed on the order.
